Senior Year
Senior year at JHCS focuses on preparation for life beyond high school. Seniors receive guidance as they apply to colleges and universities during the fall semester. They are expected to take a rigorous course load including advanced courses in various subject areas. Their high school career will culminate in the presentation of the JHCS Senior Project, which involves an in-depth study in one academic area of interest. Seniors, along with their eleventh grade counterparts, are expected to responsibly lead the rest of the JHCS student body in such activities as Town Hall, student government, and clubs. Finally, seniors will focus on the transition from high school to life beyond.
