Advisor Program

At JHCS, faculty advisors are central to each student's academic and social growth. Advisory groups meet once a week to do experiential education activities, provide updates on academic progress, do community service projects, and small group lunches together. Advisors are the primary communication link between the school, student, and family, and each holds at least two conferences a year with parents. Advisors serve as students' primary advocates on campus. Students who need personal counseling beyond JHCS's services are referred to outside counselors for further guidance.
