Parent Association
The JHCS Parent Association (PA) provides support to the school & faculty.
The JHCS PA relies on generous donations of families' time, talent, energy, and financial support to provide food, assistance, and appreciation for faculty and staff throughout the academic year. We provide staff dinners during Student-Parent-Teacher Conference weeks in fall and spring; refreshments for admissions events, graduation, and other school celebrations; staff holiday gifts; and meals and gifts during spring Staff Appreciation Week. Additionally, the PA hosts the (almost) monthly school-wide hot lunches; parent volunteers provide the food, serve the meal, and clean up and reset the Commons.

Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conference weeks ask a lot of our staff, with extended hours and long days. The PA provides meals, snacks, and beverages to keep our teachers energized and show our gratitude! -
Hot Lunch
The PA hosts (almost) monthly school-wide hot lunches, which have become a cherished JHCS tradition. Parent volunteers provide the food, serve the meal, and clean up. Participating in Hot Lunch is a fun and easy way to be in the building, connect with staff and students, and share your generosity and cooking! -
Holiday Gift
Each year the PA collects monetary donations and other items to distribute to the staff as a holiday thank you. -
Stock the Cabinets
Periodically throughout the year, the PA collects non-perishable goodies to refresh, feed, and energize the faculty by stocking the kitchen cabinets. We have a growing list of staff favorites listed on the sign-up form.
