Mark Heimbouch

Mark has been a strategic and entrepreneurial executive leading growth by building global organizations in complex public and private FinTech companies. Mark most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Allvue Systems, a software solution provider to the private debt and private equity market. Prior to Allvue, Mark served as President of Merchant Solutions at FIS Global in connection with FIS’s (NYSE:FIS) $43 billion acquisition of Worldpay, where Mark served as President and COO. Prior to FIS/Worldpay, Mark held a number of executive positions principally in private equity backed companies. Mark holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Mark and his wife, Debbie, have two sons, Jacob and Max, who attend the Community School. Debbie also co chairs the JHCS Parent Association.
