COVID-19

At JHCS, we believe students are best poised for success when we can learn together in person on campus. As a community, every member of our staff and student population abide by three core values, defined in our honor code: safety, honesty, and respect. With COVID-19, as with everything we do at JHCS, these core beliefs and values, and the health of our entire community, determine our approach. JHCS follows the CDC’s Operational Guidance for K-12 Schools and Early Care and Education Programs to Support Safe In-Person Learning and thus abides by the guidance of our local public health authority, Teton County Health Department. Understanding that hospitalization capacity is a key metric impacting local COVID-19 policy in the US, we remain attuned to the Teton County Metrics and seek the guidance of our local Public Health Specialist in any decisions regarding COVID-19.
